Alex Smith and Company have been operating since 1983, as a firm of Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors acting in property sales on the east side of Birmingham and as surveyors over the entire Birmingham area.
We operate from two sales offices at 23 Coleshill Road, Hodge Hill and at 29a Manor Park Road, Castle Bromwich. The close proximity of the two offices mean we can do something very simple, very important and very different to any other local agent.
Joint Office Marketing.
Instruct Alex Smith & Co to sell your house and it will be marketed from both offices. That means your house photo and sales details available at both offices. Advertising and marketing from both offices and your property included on the mailing list at both offices.
It’s simple but it works and it doubles the amount of coverage that you will receive. Some of our competitors have hundreds of offices but only advertise your house from the one office you instruct. With Alex Smith and Co – you get two offices for one fee.
We believe that we combine our old fashioned values that come from our experience, with the modern way of the world. Our advertising for example is split between that you can feel and touch (newspaper, magazine and flyers) together with the largest selection of on line property web sites including Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location and our own websites.
Whilst we still write letters in the old fashioned way we also embrace the likes of Facebook and Twitter as a means of communications with those who use it.
